Terms and conditions

The rules for using Yatsury Studio during the beta.

This translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

Provisional beta version. The final terms of sale will be published when payments open.

1. Purpose

Yatsury Studio is an online service that lets anyone, even a beginner, create a mobile app without coding, then publish it as a web link or as an iPhone and Android app.

2. Access to the service

Creating and testing an app is free. The service is in beta: features may change and occasional interruptions are possible.

3. Prices and payment

Publishing an app requires a subscription with no commitment, AI included: €9 per month for the web link, €24 per month for the iPhone and Android app, or €90 and €240 per year respectively. Release on the App Store and Google Play costs €49 with the monthly subscription, only once the app has been accepted by Apple or Google, and is free with the annual subscription. With their own AI key, the user pays €7 and €20 per month (€70 and €200 per year) and pays for AI usage directly to their provider. The subscription can be canceled at any time from the account, effective at the end of the paid period; the app is then taken offline. Beta members keep the launch price as long as their subscription remains active. Payment is not yet open during the beta. Apple's and Google's fees remain the user's responsibility and are paid to them directly.

4. Updates

Hosting of the app and its updates are included as long as the subscription is active.

5. Content and ownership

The user remains the owner of the content they add and guarantees that they hold the necessary rights. The published app and its customers' data belong to the user.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply if the user requested immediate performance and waived this right. The exact terms will be specified when payments open.

7. Liability

Yatsury Studio makes every effort to ensure the service runs properly, without guaranteeing that an app will be accepted by Apple or Google, who alone decide what goes on their stores.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
